Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand the brand and target audience, and use your creativity and design skills to bring the company's vision to life.

Responsibilities

Design high-quality brochures, flyers, postcards, and other print materials to showcase properties and promote company events
Create engaging graphics for the company website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
Develop and maintain the company's visual identity, including logos, business cards, and signage.
Design informative and visually appealing infographics to highlight key property features and market trends.
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos showcasing properties, including virtual tours, walkthroughs, and promotional videos
Create short, engaging video content for social media platforms to attract potential buyers and renters.
Capture and produce video content for company events, open houses, and property launches.
Utilize video editing software to enhance footage, add effects, and ensure high production value.
Capture professional property photos, including interior and exterior shots.
Image Editing: Select, edit, and enhance photos to ensure they are visually appealing and accurately represent the properties

Requirements:

Preferably in the real estate or related industry
Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Maya, 3ds Max).
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video production, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
