Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop visually appealing social media assets, advertisements, and website content that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.
Printed Media: Design and produce printed materials, including pamphlets, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral to support various campaigns and events.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and execute design concepts that enhance the overall marketing efforts.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media requirements, and industry best practices to keep the company’s visual content fresh and engaging.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Creative Initiative: Take the lead on creative projects, proposing new design ideas and innovative approaches to visual communication.
Tool Utilization: Utilize scheduling and organizational apps to manage and track design projects efficiently, ensuring a smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.
Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Qualifications:
High-Level Design Proficiency: High-level ability in industry-standard design applications, including Figma, Photoshop, Canva, Kittle, and other relevant tools.
Organizational Skills: Familiarity with scheduling and organizational apps such as Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.
Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media requirements, trends, and best practices for visual content.
Creative Initiative: Ability to take creative initiative and develop original design ideas that resonate with the target audience.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present design concepts.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous design work, including social media assets, printed media, and other relevant projects.
Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the financial services or related industry.
