Job Description:

The Ideal Candidate will have 10 years experience as graphic designer with
minimum 5 years working on proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce strategic design work that enhances the development
and presentation of winning proposals, sales materials, and presentations.
• Create a variety of design elements, including long document layouts,
PowerPoint presentations, storyboards, covers and dividers, marketing
collateral, brochures, illustrations, interactive PDFs, advertisements, and
digital media.
• Collaborate closely with the proposal team and technical staff to ensure that
the messaging is effectively communicated through visually appealing and
impactful graphics.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and those of our clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related
field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably 5 years in
proposals preparation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation software.
• Ability to create compelling visuals that communicate complex information
effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.
• Middle experience is preferable
