What This Job Involves
Planning design concepts according to the content calendar
Collaborate with the content team to design high-quality photo manipulated thumbnails to be used in different social media channels
Have full design autonomy from conceptualization, branding and visual executions for various projects
Work closely with editors and producers to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into video projects while adhering to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
Support the on all creative needs of the projects and content team
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) Able to work with 3D modelling on any 3D modelling software is a plus point.
Able to work independently, perform well in a fast-paced environment with proper time management and display teamwork.

Proven experience 2-3 in graphic design/motion graphics, preferably in a social media environment.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc)
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
