Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: AED 7000-10000
Job Description:
1. Conceptualization and Design
a. Interpret master concepts and develop design deliverables in line with it.
b. Create high-quality graphics, Illustration, and layouts for both digital and print media.
c. Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
2. Brand Consistency
a. Work within agreed standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved
b. Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to maintain brand guidelines and standards
c. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms, ensuring that designs align with brand guidelines and reflect the company's values
3. Multimedia Design
a. Develop graphics and visual elements for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
b. Create multimedia content, Including infographics and videos, to enhance communication strategies.
c. Develop graphics and visual designs for kiosk, packaging, logos, brochures and flyers, etc.
d. Update of menus and design adaptations to meet the needs of the business.
4. Project and Social Media Management
a. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
b. Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates and gather feedback
c. Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
d. Communicate with clients about layout and design
5. Collaboration and Market Research
a. Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to brainstorm and develop creative solutions that meet project goals.
b. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and design innovations to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or related field
3+ years' experience in creative marketing (design, art, digital) in Food & Beverage industry
Previous experience of working in a marketing and PR role for any industry, experience in Food & Beverage is advantage
proficiency designing across all digital channels (web, email, video/social, digital)
Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints.
Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices -especially mobile 3D software knowledge and content creation for social media accounts experience is a plus
expert level experience in working MS Office, Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and any kind of design programs and soft wares
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional team
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
