Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs to support various marketing and branding initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to develop engaging visual assets that communicate key messages, enhance brand identity, and drive audience engagement. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and quality in all deliverables.
Develop and execute brand concepts, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy
Create visually compelling designs for social media and digital marketing ad copies, including static images, GIFs, Motion videos, and other multimedia formats.
Craft engaging and persuasive ad copy that effectively communicates brand messages and enhances the overall impact of marketing campaigns.
Design eye-catching mock-ups and graphics for automotive events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Produce high-quality designs for various brand elements, such as logos, brochures, banners, website visuals, infographics, and packaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, automotive industry developments, and digital marketing best practices to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the table.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies that differentiate our brand from competitors.
Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects, maintaining brand consistency throughout.
Maintain a well-organized library of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines for easy reference and consistency in future projects.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on branding.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere pro, After effects)
Exceptional portfolio showcasing brand concept development, social media ad copies, event mock-ups, and various brand elements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Excellent PowerPoint skills.
