I have the technical knowledge to assist senior technicians when installing software and implementing new technologies as they become available. I possess the written skills to keep detailed records of all correspondences that include the problem the caller was experiencing and the action taken to correct the issue. My experience includes setting up computers and other information system equipment, running the appropriate tests to make sure it is functioning correctly and monitoring system performance.
