Duties involve handling all administrative work.
*Responsible for the pre and post shipments follow-up
*Co-ordinate activities with other executives to ensure timely completion
*Maintaining the filing system of the company such as hardcopy, softcopy that are related to the job.
*Preparing contracts and commission contracts
*Raising and following up on commissions
*Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary
*Maintaining employee records and joining formality of new employees
*Sending market reports
*Handling accounts of the company
* Looking after day to day general administrative work
* Answering customer queries
* Monitor and report on HR issues
* Preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
* Handling petty cash
* Keeping records of various training programs of employees
* keeping records of employee attendance and collating the same for payroll processing
