The Public Relations Office Manager will work with key stakeholders on the ongoing design, re-engineering, maintenance of all PRO standard operating procedure, design and delivery of the PRO service standards (including employee/line manager/ leadership communications) and overall way of working, In addition, this role will manage the entire PRO function to ensure that the company adheres to government requirements. Must kept abreast of any legislative/governmental changes and delivers a high level of customer service.
