GL Accounting Specialist Required in Dubai

SAP Experience is a must
Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting and 2 years experience as GL Accounting Specialist
Preferably Chartered Accountant
Good knowledge of accounting / reconciliation / invoicing is needed
Be a business partner and work close with Supply Chain / Logistics and Procurement Teams

Job Description Details

Daily Routine

Process Logistics & Copacking Invoices on SAP
Post journal entries on SAP
Driving daily communication with the vendors on payments
Weekly Routine
Generate GR/IR Report and work with business to gather necessary information for accrual documentation
Generate PO Report to the business and present stakeholders their current situation Monthly Routine
Perform SOA Reconciliations with Logistics & Copacking vendors
Reconciliation of GL Accounts to the Balance Sheet with necessary supporting
Analyzing monthly flux on logistics accruals and generate monthly report to the Finance Manager and Financial Controller
Support team on month-end close
