Job Description:

Attend to patients in their homes to provide a range of primary health care services
Provide telehealth / over the phone consultations
Initiate and follow-up consultation order for laboratory and radiology tests and refer patients to specialists when appropriate. Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions. Record complete, timely, and legible medical records
Visit patients for home checkup requests and address consultation requests for home IV therapy services
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years clinical experience
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
