Qualification : MBA in Marketing, Medical background graduate preferred. Experience : 15 years of relevant experience out of which minimum 5 years in a senior management role in a reputed GCC based company. Main Responsibilities Responsible for the end to end operation the division. Responsible for profit and loss account of the division. Ensure overall growth & profitability of the business by being market leader in providing market competitive rates and timely delivery in quality. Plan effective strategies to achieve long and short term business objectives. Direct the operations and monitoring the performance of the company. Maintain continual improvement of cost & delivery. Ensure action steps are executed on time to achieve business objectives. Develop action plans to achieve goals. Devise business strategies and does overall planning for the development of business. Oversee & evaluates monthly reports and trade activities with Sales & Marketing Manager, Supply Chain Management, HR Management, Finance and Business Development Team. Plan, forecast and control profit for the entire region, by monitoring expenses, directing investment plans to achieve company income. Ensure that strict control measures are in place to prevent leakages Ensure that unauthorized personnel are not dealing with suppliers and sales personnel operations Ensure that operations are in compliance with established and approved by the management.
