Trident Wellness Centre, the most prominent Yoga and Wellness Studio operating from Trident Bayside, Dubai Marina, is looking to employ a client servicing executive:

Job Descriptions:

· Client inquiries and concerns and complaints in a professional manner

· Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service

· Create a positive onboarding experience for the new clients and improve the experience of the existing client

· Regular interactions with the clients to understand their requirements and guide them accordingly

· Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

· Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients

· Handling front desk inquiries, sales

· Monitoring the class schedules on a regular basis and making necessary amendments on a requirement basis

· Social media promotions for events/workshops

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills

· Working knowledge of client service management

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensations
