Front Office Executive Required in Dubai - Dubai
Your role involves providing administrative support, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You will greet guests, answer phones, handle correspondence, and assist with various administrative tasks to facilitate efficient communication and customer service.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Welcome guests, visitors, and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance and directions as needed.
Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verifying identification, collecting payment, and issuing room keys or access cards.
Provide information about services, and local attractions to guests, assisting with reservations and bookings as required.
Manage room reservations, appointments, and bookings, entering guest information accurately into the reservation system and confirming reservations via email or phone.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that rooms are cleaned, prepared, and ready for guest arrivals.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest and escalating complex issues to management as necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times, exceeding guest expectations and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality, office administration, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent English is a must.
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a hotel, office, or service-oriented environment (minimum 1 to 3 years of experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the front desk and office.
