Food And Beverage Operations Manager Required in Dubai
Marina Home is looking for an experienced Food and beverage Operations Manager to lead our newly created concept responsible to launch multiple cafés and manage its operations in our retail venues across the UAE.
You will be responsible for
Conceptualizing an immersive experience that reflects Marina Home brand standards
Creating cafe policies, targets, and KPIs
Procuring of top quality café equipment and identifying vendors to develop a national supply chain that delivers high-quality ingredients and products to our café’s on-time, allowing us to deliver a consistent experience to our customers no matter the location
Ensuring F&B regulations are followed and legally compliant
Designing delicious and attractive menus that resonate with Marina Home's positioning
Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and setting up processes for procuring supplies
Helping recruit, train & lead the best team. Create SOPs, budgets, team objectives and work schedules
Setting standards and accountability for guest experience and sales growth
Steadfast with a passion for efficiency & profitability
Ensuring processes are put in place for audits and vendor management
Compliance with security, regulations and all health and safety legislation
The role reports to the Retail Manager and would supervise a team of Café Supervisors, Baristas and Servers
Qualifications & Skills criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or equivalent
10-12 years of total experience in F&B with prior experience in setting up café operations
Prior experience in developing supply chain sources and processes
Knowledge of licenses, regulations & permits
Willingness to work in multi-locations. UAE Driving License is a must-have
Excellent grooming standards
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is desired. Multilingual is an advantage
