Role Description

Cravia is seeking a Floor Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily front-of-house restaurant operations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. The Floor Supervisor will work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service, maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, and develop team members. The role is also responsible for ensuring that sales goals are met while following the company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in training and coaching team members
Proven sales experience with the ability to meet sales targets

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

2+ years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry
Education in F&B Management or Hospitality Management
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
