A sophisticated aesthetics clinic based in Dubai using top of the line care and technology
Job Description:
Upsell and cross-sell services to walk-in patients, explaining treatments and products to clients and driving loyalty programs.
Act as an in-charge manager in maintain cleanliness of front desk and common areas, as well as in handling client requests and complaints.
Assist clients with queries, bookings, and services that the clinic is offering while ensuring knowledge of daily clinic operations, protocols, and changes.
Manage schedules, bookings, and number of treatments and/or any special client requirement during start and end of shift.
Handle client data and upload in internal track system while maintaining confidentiality, update daily reports and glitch reports to management, and perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling any healthcare procedures & services (not products, but the services of the healthcare facility)
Must be fluent in Arabic and English language
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
