Finance Manager Required in Dubai

We are seeking a talented and experienced finance professional to lead the finance team in Dubai. In this key role, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our business by managing the financial reporting process, leading internal and external audits, and providing valuable support to our commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the balance sheet, reconciliations, and quarterly reviews
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by managing the month-end/quarter-end reporting process and coordinating with global teams
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including the external statutory audits
Support the commercial team by providing valuable analysis and responding to partners' requests
Ensure local tax compliance for all Middle East and UK entities, including tax filings and remittances from clients
Manage cash flow forecasting and bank account management
Review and challenge data outputs as required
Lead the day-to-day operations of the finance team and help achieve the business objectives
Coordinate with the Centre of Excellence team to ensure outsourced tasks are completed correctly

The ideal candidate will be a ‘big 4’ qualified accountant with experience in commercial finance, team management experience and proficiency in Excel.
