Flow is partnering with a leading bank who are looking to hire a Finance Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:
Working closely with key stakeholders within retail banking.
Establishing a planning framework
Establishing and sustaining alignment between Product and Segment revenues
Setting up consolidated measures and maintaining processes for business cases
Establishing and maintaining review processes
Creating frameworks providing clear costs analysis
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
CA or MBA with specialization in Finance.
5-10 years experience in the Finance function of a large bank
Thorough understanding of finance concepts, business performance management and planning
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to interact at senior management levels and can work independently under pressure
