Let me introduce myself Saiprakash having total of 16+ years of experience and 10+years in Dubai with diversified industry experience in Media, Printing , publishing E commerce, Online, trading, logistics, FMCG, agricultural, retail, manufacturing, exports, telecom, consultancy and audit firms. Involved on all major decision making process including capital projects, new product launches, feasibility study, operational decisions that will positively drive the business. Efficient treasury management through optimizing the customer collection days & supplier payments, structuring & acquiring new banking facility line that is feasible for the business and effective fund flow management etc. Payroll management and hiring right talent for Finance & Admin departments and setting up performance appraisals & bonus system based on organizational KPI's, mission & vision of the company. I was also been a team leader in implementing the Oracle ERP software (all modules) for two big entities and all that is required to positively drive the business.
