FINANCE EXECUTIVE REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Sprii is the Middle East’s largest online destination providing Everything for Mums, based in Dubai. We’re looking for a passionate, smart, and diligent Finance Executive to come on board and join our family.

Responsibilities include:

a. Working under the direction of the Finance Manager with the production of weekly/monthly reporting for management accounts purposes.
b. Preparing SOAs for the suppliers as well as logging them in to Excel and Quickbooks Online.
c. Data entry for Finance flow of the company.
d. Arranging for bank transfers.
e. Matching stock receipted into the courier with supplier invoices.
f. Preparation of multi-currency payment runs.
g. Ensuring prompt payment to the suppliers
h. Ensuring correct debit note deductions are raised and deducted from suppliers.
i. Verifying that key high value/volume debit notes are agreed by suppliers
j. Review and investigation of Goods Received not Invoiced (GRNI).
k. Review and investigation of unallocated cash.
l. Check any accounts with debit balances, requesting refunds where appropriate
m. Review and clearing down of Unapproved Invoices Register
n. Reconciling key supplier accounts on a regular rotational basis, to ensure clear visibility of issues on major accounts
o. Assisting with the production of weekly/monthly KPI reporting.
