Finance Associate/Accountant Required in Dubai
The most exceptional young Finance Professionals to work as Independent consultants or to be placed as full-time employees.
Responsibility
The main objective of the role is to drive value through improving the financial health of our customers and ensuring their accounts are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations, and that all services are delivered to an incredibly high standard opportunity to partner with the business in addressing customer operational pain points.
As a Finance Associate, you will be deeply embedded in optimizing our customer's journey by helping the CFO manage finances in the most efficient way and help us build the future of professional services and help small businesses to grow.
Ideal Attributes
To thrive on our platform, you must demonstrate:
Local compliance knowledge
Experience in bookkeeping, controlling and month-end close
Knowledge of a variety of financial software solutions in accounting, analysis and reporting suitable for SMEs such as SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics, Oracle, Zoho, etc
Qualification and certification with a major accountancy institute
Big 4 or Top tier Management Consulting Firms (not a must).
Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work in uncertain environments, often in start-ups
Drive and ability to multitask
Natural leadership and initiative
Thirst to learn and receive coaching with a positive attitude.
A strong alignment and belief in our values and what we stand for
Arabic language and understanding of regional dynamics is a plus
