Filipino Marketing & Sales Executive is required - Dubai

Fluent in English , plus Arabic is an advantage
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, organizational and communications skills
cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
• promptly responding to incoming email and phone inquiries;
• acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• gathering market and customer information. maintaining and updating customer databases;
• Awareness of current market situation and a passion for finding out new ways;
• monitoring competitor activity , contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
• listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and managers;
• challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to enroll;
• advising on forthcoming technology development and discussing special promotions;
• creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely ;
• reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
• making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
• attending team meetings and sharing best practice with sales team and other colleagues;
• liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the social;
• managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
• writing and proofreading copy also liaising with designers and printers;
• arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;

Note:
Preference will be given to those who have previous experience in training/educational organization.

Basic salary plus healthy commission will be given upon achieving the sales targets.
