Job Details
Interaction with external world
1. Receive calls
2. Note down orders, queries and complaints of customers and make sure these are
handled and if not, flagged to Director
3. Note down vendor enquiries
4. Make calls to customers – follow up on outstanding payments, pending orders, pending
LPOs
Interaction within organisation:
1. Manage cleanliness in the shop;
2. Keep track of invoices, delivery notes.
3. Ensure daily filing of documents after reviewing these for completeness
4. Keep track of short deliveries and inform Warehouse & Accountant
5. Support Accountant to ensure all deliveries are invoiced every week
6. Keep track of pending LPOs against deliveries made
7. Make quotations and send to customers after approval
8. Follow up for missing documents and report to Accountant > Director
9. Keep track and control of receipt books, delivery order book
10. Place timely order to printer for letter heads. receipt books, delivery order book
11. Fill up bank deposit slips and deposit into bank
12. Interact with drivers. helpers & other staff and maintain good work environment
13. Any other work, given by Director from time to time
Requirements
Only Female Candidates to apply Must have very good communication skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel Must be able to handle emails, make quotations, send reminders to customers for outstanding invoices Experience of 2 years in a similar role will be preferred
