Coordinating between the operations team (head office), client and sub contractors. Also handling documents such as Preventive maintenance schedule, weekly reports and daily action plan. Supervising the jobs done in site such as electrical, HVAC, Fire alarm, plumbing and cleaning as well as supervising the manpower and their documents.
