*Assistant Chef- manage a staff of assistant chefs, cooks and kitchen workers, as well as creating dishes for the menu.

Nationality: Only Syrian with 1-2 experience

Checking food stocks and inventory
Following health and safety at work
Writing menus.
Confidently fix problems in the kitchen
Work under pressure.
Expert understanding of how the kitchen works.

*KITCHEN STAFF -arabic with 1-2 experience is a must.
assisting the needs of the chef & taking care of the stocks.
