1. Assist to manage all the administrative relevant work, such as attendant record, OT record, purchase office stationary, maintain office assets, distribute documents to relevant departments and so on. 2. Prepare the required documents and report to the line manager. 3. Communicate with different units and follow the company policy. 4. Arrange business trip, meetings. 5. Welcome visitors as the company first images. 6. Other tasks required by the line manager. Job qualification: Good at business.
