Executive Secretary - Dubai

Because of the continuous increase of our activities we are currently hiring for our office in Dubai:

An experienced administrative assistant (M/F).
In your position as administrative assistant, you will be working directly with the Head of our Dubai office, supporting him and the team in their daily business and office management tasks.

Your tasks shall include:

• General secretarial support such as answering the telephone, monitoring all incoming mail, welcoming clients, arranging meetings, organizing business trips;
• Preparing diverse business documents and taking care of the filing;
• All Business coordination;
• Assisting the team in the day-to-day issues by insuring a smooth office management process;
• Taking care of the office logistics and relating with local suppliers;
• Providing assistance to prepare client events and presentations;
• Coordinating between WATC and Russain companies;
• Experience in iternational communications.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education including a formal secretarial training;
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position in a professional firm environment;
• Excellent command of Arabic, English and (Russain ) (written and spoken);
• Good computer skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook);
• You are mature, very well organized, able to work independently and have outstanding communication skills, displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude;
• You are dynamic and proactive and willing to handle multiple tasks;
• Microsoft Dynamic CRM;
• Excellent writing letter;
• Excellent making the report.
