EXECUTIVE RECRUITER REQUIRED IN DUBAI

The Search Consultant is responsible of all the steps required for candidate placement, starting with headhunting, selecting, and recruiting.
Main Duties:
1- Headhunting candidates from the banking industry to meet the client’s requirement of open vacancies.
2- To market and sell our search services to banks and financial institutions around the gulf region which includes the six GCC countries: Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kuwait.
3- Marketing our search (headhunting) services to clients by securing retained and contingency assignments.
4- High level business development and account skills that impact blue chip clients
5- Hands on execution skills and market knowledge that surpasses client expectations
6- Leadership ability to drive an industry segment or portfolio of services and solutions
7- Intellect, creativity and initiative to innovate and push the boundaries of what defines success

Monthly Salary:6,000 - 7,999 AED
