Job Description:
Design and develop menus
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently
Manage food costs, including inventory control, purchasing, and waste reduction
Ensure that all food served meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
Supervise kitchen staff and provide training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
Male, 25 to 40 y/o
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel background or fine dining restaurant
Must have Arabic / International / Western cuisines experience
With HACCP knowledge
