Executive Chef Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate is a seasoned chef with a background in healthy cuisine or meal plans.

You will be working hands-on when it comes to cooking, creating new menu items/recipes. You will also be looking to improve the current menu, producing quality food, and working closely with kitchen staff and head dietitian in the overall food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

Cook, produce and deliver quality food
Work closely with the dietitian to optimize the recipes and match the healthy macros
Supervise the cooking techniques of the head chefs, sous-chefs and station chefs
Create new healthy items and expand the current menu
Create technical sheets for all the recipes

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Culinary Arts
5+ years of kitchen experience
Bi-lingual Arabic & English is a must
Experience in healthy cuisine or meal plans is a must
Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs
Experience working within budget constraints
