Language: Must Speak and Write English/Arabic

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Prior Restaurant is a must
UAE experience.
In-depth culinary knowledge in Arabic & International cuisine
Must be familiar with HACCP standards and food hygiene regulations
Minimum 10 years experience in culinary field
Highly organized individual who is energetic, self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and the ability to multi-task, deal with a lot of pressure and demands whilst remaining calm and working effectively is essential.
Lead of the kitchen brigade and ensure ongoing development of Team Members
Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions
Ensure maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues are dealt with in a timely manner
Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs
