Job Description

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Design innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's culinary concept, seasonal ingredients, and guest preferences.
Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality food production.
Manage inventory levels and food costs, implementing cost-effective measures while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

Capable of manning high-volume, fast-paced operations and leading big teams.
Previous working experience in a truly global work environment is essential.
Exceptional skills in developing menus, creating new recipes, implementing ingredients and modern techniques, cost control.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence consistently.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment, adjusting to guest preferences, seasonal ingredients, and industry trends.
