We are an Indian family looking to share one of the room from our 2bhk flat with maximum 3 decent executive ladies (Indians only) (non-cooking, non-smoking). Room is very spacious with attached bathroom, furnished with builtin wardrobe, single bed with medical mattress for each person, washing machine & the room is independent with complete privacy. Our building is just 2 mins away by walk from super market, (open 24/7), restaurants and bus stop as well. Parking is free by the community.
Rent is AED 1200 each person (including water, electricity, internet, cooling charges etc.) available from 1st Dec 2016
