Our client, a leading property developer is looking to hire an Events Manager, having a minimum work experience of 5 years in organizing road shows and exhibitions. The ideal candidate would be remunerated with a lucrative package as mentioned.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or a similar role
• Team player, hard-working and presentable.
• Ability to travel, seek work and government permissions
• Minimum Bachelor degree with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute assigned road-shows and marketing events.
• Researching and organizing suitable Venues for Road shows/sales events/stand promotions and exhibitions.
• Contact all hotel space for group functions, private charter and book all overnight accommodations.
• Budget conscious and able to prepare post-event evaluation and analysis.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines.
