Event Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Overall & Event Management Responsibilities:
Brainstorm, conceptualize and deliver event ideas, pitches and solutions
Draft and submit briefs both internally and externally
Prepare and present proposals for events and other services offered by our company to prospective clients
Establish cost projection and manage project and event budgets
Lead the event planning from strategy and development until post briefing process
For won events and projects, liaise with team members to ensure high-quality level of delivery to meet client’s expectation
Handle all necessary project management duties like bookings, issuing schedules, and coordinating with suppliers
Provide reports and communicate with superiors regularly to manage data and project success
Fully manage all aspects of proposal preparation, ensuring that proposals and bids are complete, compliant, convincing and submitted or delivered in a timely manner to client
Work closely with the team to prepare proposals, pitch decks and responses to RFQs
Research and update supplier list and other needed resources regularly
Use, maintain and develop the bid library and other bidding resources
Act as a point of contact for assigned clients on their projects and events as needed
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in order to stay updated with their needs
Manage correspondence to clients regarding every detail of the project and manage approvals
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Handle non-event projects fully including briefing creative, writing copy or sourcing freelancers in order to ensure timely delivery of jobs
Skill and Requirements
Preferably a BSc or BA in business administration, project management or marketing
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Experience in same or similar role in a creative or events agency in GCC
