Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Gold Souq, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The English Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the institute’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, instructing learners in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, and assessing student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams. The teacher will provide constructive feedback, maintain accurate records of student performance, and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities. The role also involves fostering a positive classroom environment, supporting individual learner needs, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall teaching quality and student outcomes.Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to support learners at different proficiency levels; Chinese is an advantage.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design structured, effective, and engaging learning experiences.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interaction with learners, colleagues, and guardians.
A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are an advantage.
Experience teaching English in classroom settings, especially in international or multilingual environments, is beneficial.
Ability to use educational technology and digital resources to support instruction and learner engagement.
Strong classroom management skills, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered teaching approach.
