English Language Instructor Required in Dubai
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced English Second Language Instructor to join our team at British Training Institute in Sharjah. Our Institute is dedicated to providing high-quality language instruction to students of all ages and backgrounds, and we are looking for a professional who shares our passion for language education.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of varying levels and backgrounds.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
Design and implement lesson plans, materials and activities that cater to individual student needs and learning styles.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including audio-visual aids, multimedia presentations, and hands-on activities to enhance student engagement and understanding.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student motivation and success.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics or a related field.
A minimum of two years of experience teaching English as a Second Language.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Ability to adapt to new technology and innovative teaching methods.
Native or near-native proficiency in English.
