Electrical BIM Modeler / Mechanical BIM Modeler / Mechanical Draftsman / Electrical Draftsman / - Dubai
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Proficient in utilizing Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks software for advanced modeling tasks, with a strong command of both programs.
• Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
• Develop discipline-specific BIM Modelling content for the Project.
• Skilled in developing complex parametric families to streamline modeling processes and enhance efficiency.
• Experience with modeling Electrical and extra Low Voltage (ELV) services, including electrical circuiting, wiring, and panel/DB schedule preparation.
• Proficient in modeling HVAC and chilled water plant rooms, as well as preparing HVAC, chilled water, and coordination layouts.
Education & Experience Requirement:
• Should possess 2-5 years’ experience in BIM Modeling
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360
• Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
• Preferred – Experience in International Projects
