E-COMMERCE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE REQUIRED IN DUBAI
Urgently looking for an e-commerce operations executive with a full-time experience of 2-3 years in an online company that can handle the complete e-commerce operations.
The role holder is required to do the following tasks;
Ensure all orders are properly documented and dispatched for pick-up.
Prepare weekly sales reports to ensure all sales data and relevant records are kept up to date.
Expanding sales channels in UAE through emails, phone calls, and meetings
Customers care support by providing excellent customer service to existing as well as prospective clients by handling customer queries and complaints and providing quality and timely resolution in line with the established guidelines.
Website uploads including product listing, catalog management & sale campaign
Coordination with head office, tech team, and order fulfillment management.
Manage office operations and support with day to day activities
Keep track of inventory in stock
Communication with suppliers & shipping companies
Participating in competitions stand/kiosk and exhibition events
Assist Managing Director with any ad hoc business-related administrative activityEducation and Training Requirements: The candidate does not necessarily have to have a bachelor’s degree, but must at least be skilled in the computer (MS office) as well as the internet.
At least 2 -3 years of work experience in similar position preferred
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Strong experience in-store operation management and customer service
Demonstrated understanding of online marketing
Experience in retailKnowledge and Skills Requirements: The candidate needs to be organized, have good verbal and written communication skills. He/she must be results-oriented with a good eye for details.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED3,000.00 to AED3,500.00 /month
