By way of introduction, my brief biography can be stated as below.
Ramesh Chand VISHWAKARMA:
Mr. Vishwakarma is a Chartered Engineer (India), Design Manager/ Pavement Expert/ QA Manager, registered with Dubai Municipality & UAE Society of Engineers as “Project Management Expert”, and has diversified experience of 26+ years in design, construction and project management of airfields/highways/Infrastructure.
He is well experienced in detailed engineering design, traffic study, pavement management systems, QA/QC, materials engineering, asset preservation, performance related specifications, safety and technical assistance.
His expertise is in heavy duty (rigid and flexible) pavement design, materials and construction specifications. He was responsible for developing and implementing the Simplified Performance based Pavement Management System (PMS) protocol for National Highways Authority of India.
He is trained in Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001: 2008 as Lead Auditor.
He has successfully implemented sustainable and innovative ideas on challenging civil engineering projects with high degree of strategic leadership in stakeholder management and project delivery with quality in UAE. He is familiar with FAA, ICAO, UFC, PCA, IATA rules and regulations.
He has published a number of technical papers and worked for AsDB, IBRD, EBRD, Government Institutions and many National / PPP projects in India, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Oman, Qatar and UAE.
