The Driver position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As part of our Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles (Harley-Davidson) team, you'll work in an ONSITE environment and will be responsible for transporting motorcycles and related materials to various locations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. This role plays a vital part in connecting our brand with customers, dealers, and event partners.
Responsibilities
Safely operate and drive motorcycles for delivery to customers, dealers, and at events.
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational functionality.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and logs.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
Correctly load and unload motorcycles and equipment, ensuring their safety and integrity.
Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and company policies during operations.
Identify and report any vehicle maintenance needs, and assist with routine maintenance checks.
Promote a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Must have requirements
Valid UAE Driving license for manual transmission vehicles.
4-5 years total driving experience, with at least 2-3 years in the UAE moving luxury vehicles or motorcycles safely.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training in logistics or transportation is beneficial.
Fluent in English; Arabic speaking skills are an added advantage.
Prior experience as a driver, preferably within a motorcycle or automotive setting.
Flexibility with working hours and a passion for partnering with premium brands.
Strong knowledge of local Abu Dhabi roads and traffic patterns.
Professional appearance and conduct when interacting with customers.
Physical fitness and capability to move heavy motorcycles safely.
Basic mechanical understanding of motorcycles for minor troubleshooting.
