Duties & Responsibilities

Daily program management by ensuring correct conduct of classes and delivery of the program
Planning the overall program by curating assessment criteria and monitoring customer progress
Producing accurate and timely reporting of customer progress
Immediately respond to member needs or concerns to ensure the quality of service meets agreed standards
Deliver engaging drama classes, Musical Theatre, Acting, Improv, Public Speaking.
Classes must be creative and fun, with the proper foundation and motor skills techniques, under the guidance of the Program Manager.
Responsible for the quarterly renewal
Responsible of the program’s social media accounts (content calendar, content creation, community management)
Managing communication with its community and internal stakeholders
Responsible for marketing initiative relative to the area/programs (partnerships, shooting requests) to drive growth

Skills and attributes of the Drama Teacher

Energetic, bubbly and friendly with the experience of teaching all age groups.
Ability to collaborate with the wide range of individuals involved in managing the program
Strong leadership and management skills
Good knowledge of performance and resource allocation procedures
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
