Digital Designer Required in Dubai
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who has strong design skills. They should be able to communicate effectively in order to understand the criteria of a project and deliver a carefully crafted design. This candidate should be able to collect feedback on various projects and if necessary, adapt their approach for future projects
Responsibilities:
● Conceptualises, designs, and delivers creative that addresses key client digital content marketing needs
● Collaborates with creative leads, UX/UI designers, strategists, and copywriters to create awesome content that will meet client needs
● Understands emerging tools and technologies and business practices for the digital and social space, and learns the application of these tools and practices
● Provides a high level of finalised artworks work (raster, vector graphics, animations)
● Assists or leads with conceptual and creative direction on client project and retainer work
● Manages work on multiple accounts simultaneously
● Encourages those around him/her to innovate bringing to provide valued opinions and judgments to the creative process
● Learns to use new design software as part of professional development
Salary = AED 8,000/Month
Experience, Education and Skills:
● A Bachelor’s degree.
● Experience: 3+ Years
● Understanding of social media (rules, sizes, limitations etc.)
● Arabic proficiency is a plus
● Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect
● Able to be self-sufficient, work quickly and maintain a level of organisation on short timelines
● A strong team ethic and a good eye for detail
● A to-do attitude
