If you’re a great storyteller or have hacked your way to getting the message out there, or just want to be a part of this incredible team - we’re hiring a Digital Designer!
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize visuals creatively based on the brief and requirements
Intune with ongoing social media trends
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop static designs, gifs or short animated video edits using software
Work closely with the content manager to produce the final piece of content
Test graphics across various media, such as mailers, websites, social media posts and publications
Amend design after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements:
Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of graphics
An understanding of social media best practices
Familiarity with design software and basic video editing software
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
