We welcome energetic, highly professionals Specialist who are looking for a change. The applicant must have MOH/DHA/DOH/HAAD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides specialized services to patients for the diagnosis and management of diseases of the skin and appendages.
To perform the professional duties of a Dermatologist in accordance with the delineation of privileges as recommended and approved by the Credential Committee.
To perform duties in the Dermatology out-patient clinic evaluating patients with skin diseases on a daily basis .
Provides consultation service to in-patients in the area of expertise (dermatology).
Admit to the hospital patients with skin diseases requiring in-patient services and assume their care.
Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital’s goals and objectives in pursuit of the Standards of Care, Quality / Performance Improvement.
Commit to lead in the quality improvement / performance improvement mission.
Develops, reviews and approves clinical pathways / guidelines.
Establishes clinical indicators related to the department.
Develops and implements effective Peer Review.
Ensure management participation in and support for the QM / PI process, incorporating into job descriptions.
Confirm compliance with the organization wide Quality Management/Performance Improvement Strategy and Plan.
Participate in monitoring the effectiveness of QM / PI activities.
Ensure annual evaluation of all QM/PI processes.
Performs other applicable tasks assigned within the scope of his / her work and the level of his/her competence as required by the Hospital Management.

This is full-time and permanent role with competitive salary & benefits .The Salary will be based on level of experience and expertise in the area of work.
