Experienced Dental Receptionist
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized dental receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to educate and inform patients about dental health, schedule appointments with doctors, be familiar with UAE dental laws, and have a strong focus on patient experience. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in scheduling and booking treatments, able to oversee the clinic schedule to maximize productivity, and have strong problem-solving skills. Experience in treatment coordination is an asset. We are looking for someone who is willing to help grow the team, and promote clear communication.
Responsibilities:
Educate and inform patients about dental health
Schedule appointments with doctors
Familiar with UAE dental laws
Strong focus on patient experience
Schedule and book treatments
Oversee clinic schedule to maximize productivity
Quickly solve patient needs and concerns
Experience in treatment coordination is an asset
Help grow the team, promote clear communication
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a dental receptionist
Knowledge of dental health and procedures
Familiarity with UAE dental laws
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Highly detailed and organized
Strong problem-solving skills
