About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with large volumes of data to provide valuable business insights, supporting our Analytics team in making data-driven decisions. You will leverage tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to conduct detailed analyses and deliver comprehensive reports that will guide performance assessment and process optimization across the business.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive in solving problems, and capable of independently managing complex data challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, cleanse, and analyze data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Continuously improve data analysis techniques and tools to manage information overload and eliminate 'noise' in datasets.
Identify opportunities for process improvement by understanding data trends, questioning results, and proactively seeking solutions.
Develop and implement strategies that enhance statistical efficiency and ensure data quality.
Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable insights.
Independently design and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations as needed to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with SQL or similar data analysis tools is essential.
Strong experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud technologies; AWS is preferred.
Additional Skills:
Experience working with large, complex datasets.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain analytical concepts to a non-technical audience.
