Looking to hire Customer Service cum Customer Support to do the following:
1. Customer call answering and deal with complaints and inquires
2. Pick up order assignment management
3. Assist in franchisees/delivery agent support
4. Deal with Issue parcels and track and trace
5. Daily/Weekly/Monthly delivery report to the customer
6. Handling email queries and communication.
7. Update and exceptions on system on time.
