Customer Service Specialist Required in Dubai
The Role:
The role is responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers addressing their queries and concerns, providing information on Faham Doors and its services. Troubleshooting problems and handling complaints will also be a key part of your duty.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Responsible to attend and handle after sales and customer service enquiries on daily basis.
Receive in-bound calls from customers, prospects and non-customers while maintaining established standards for number of calls, pick-up time, duration of call and quality of call.
To communicate and confirm with the customers regarding their appointments of visit and installation dates.
To coordinate with Faham Doors site supervisors for visit and handover of the projects.
Provide high quality customer service by answering customer enquiries efficiently and politely with correct and complete information and redirect them where appropriate.
To follow-up with the clients on their requirements according to Faham Doors policy.
To communicate and escalate the customers issues to the respective departments through internal escalation process.
To analyse the documents such as contract, quotation confirming the colours, designs & sizes according to Faham Doors internal process.
To assign the approval of site readiness reports to the client relationship engineer.
Cooperate with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
Continuous learning to keep up-to-date with changes and developments of products, services, and procedures.
Handling projects and tasks whenever required and asked by the management.
Perform customer transactions accurately and in an efficient manner.
The Candidate:
3+ years of supervisory experience in customer service and handling the customers is required.
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
